Didge Restorative Yoga for Grief and Loss
In this two-to-three session, Gregg and Melissa combine gentle restorative yoga with sound healing instruments including the didgeridoo, harmonium, voice, native flutes and crystal singing bowls. Limited to 3 people per class means that you receive extra support and guidance to make space for whatever is being released.
Restorative Yoga poses are gentle and are supported using pillows, blocks and bolsters which allow you to enter postures longer and deeper, allowing the fascia to be released. Fascia is all of the connective tissue and by giving time for the body to relax into the posture, allows for the fascia to be released. It is in the fascia that much of our tension is stored.
Mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks, pillows and eye masks are provided.
